About Steven Martinez

I'm a small business marketing architect and business software engineer. I help founders translate their expertise into clear offers, measurable campaigns, and the custom tools that keep teams aligned.

I spent years inside a national distribution brand leading marketing, product, and engineering. We built our own CRM, automated the playbooks, and scaled revenue 20x on the way to acquisition—because strategy, storytelling, and software were working together.

Today I partner with ambitious operators as a fractional CMO, systems builder, and product lead. Whether it's a growth roadmap, new analytics stack, or a custom internal app, I obsess over clarity, velocity, and making sure the work compounds.

Outside of work I'm usually with family or planning the next trip. Favorite travel memories include Iceland's Golden Circle, a tango show in Buenos Aires, and a boat day on the coast of Cabo.
