About Steven Martinez
I'm a tech-first operator in the Medicare and FMO space. Over the last eight years I've helped agencies modernize how they market, enroll, and serve seniors by pairing simple systems with a relationship-first service model.
I served as Chief Marketing Officer and later a de-facto CTO at Bobby Brock Insurance, where I led marketing, technology initiatives, and the internal CRM/workflow platform that supported agents in the field. In 2025 I wrapped that chapter and started building again from the ground up with Ultimate Senior Brokers (platform + support for agents) and Ultimate Senior Benefits (client-facing brand).
My focus is straightforward. Make the complex simple. Serve people well. I like taking messy, multi-system workflows and turning them into a few clear steps that any agent can follow. The result is better retention, less busywork, and more time for real conversations.
Outside of work I'm usually with family or planning the next trip. Favorite travel memories include Iceland's Golden Circle, a tango show in Buenos Aires, and a boat day on the coast of Cabo.

Successfully exited after growing the company's revenue 20x over 5 years, leading to acquisition by Amerilife.
